Consent to personal data processing

By ticking the “I give consent to personal data processing” box in a form on the website zapal.su (checkout, enquiry, sign-in or registration), I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give my consent to Индивидуальный предприниматель Родионов Николай Александрович, INN 773574986850, OGRNIP 325774600892241, address: Московская обл., г. Мытищи, ул. Веры Волошиной, 56 (hereinafter the “operator”) to process my personal data on the following terms.

1. Purposes

Placing, confirming and fulfilling an order, including delivery, payment, issuing a receipt and accounting documents; contacting me about an order or enquiry; matching a part to a sample, photos or equipment model I have sent; operating my personal account, if I use one.

2. Data covered

Last name and first name; phone number; email address; city and address of delivery or pickup point; when buying for a company — the company name, INN and KPP and my position or role as contact person, if I have provided it; contents and history of orders; the text of enquiries and any photos and descriptions attached to them; sign-in details for my personal account, if I use one.

3. Actions and methods of processing

Collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction — with and without the use of automated tools.

4. Who the data may be passed to

To the extent necessary to fulfil the order: delivery services (CDEK, Ozon Delivery) — name, phone, address or pickup point; the bank accepting the payment and the fiscal data operator — data for the payment and the receipt; the company that provides the operator with servers to host the website — for data storage. No cross-border transfer takes place.

5. Validity and withdrawal

This consent remains valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until I withdraw it. I may withdraw my consent by sending the operator a written request to ip.rodionov.na@yandex.ru or to the postal address Московская обл., г. Мытищи, ул. Веры Волошиной, 56. After withdrawal the operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days, except for data it is required by law to keep (for example, accounting documents) or that is needed to perform a contract already concluded with me.
